Ronald McDonald House

Any family with a seriously ill child being treated at a medical facility in San Diego is eligible to stay at the Ronald McDonald House, regardless of their ability to pay. Up to six family members can stay at the house. The facility is located at 2929 Children’s Way, across the street from the Acute Care Pavilion.

Family Care Center

The new Family Care Center at Ronald McDonald House is one-of-a-kind. It serves as a day resource for any family with a child in the hospital. The staff understands that a bed near the hospital, a warm meal, a hot shower, and access to laundry facilities can make all the difference in helping you and your child cope.

Hours

The Ronald McDonald House is open to families 24 hours a day, but most of its resources are available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on weekends from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
