Cleft Palate Clinic

Children born with cleft lip and/or palate may have an array of problems that require a team of professionals who communicate with each other to plan each child’s treatment.

The cleft palate team consists of specialists from dysmorphology and genetics, nursing, plastic surgery, otolaryngology, oral surgery, pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, audiology, speech pathology, and social services. The Cleft Palate Clinic meets once a month in the outpatient department of Rady Children’s.
