Cystic Fibrosis Clinic

Rady Children's Cystic Fibrosis Clinic offers multidisciplinary team care for the cystic fibrosis patient and their families. Routine outpatient clinic appointments are available two half-days per week. Comprehensive inpatient (children less than 21 years of age only) and HomeCare services are also available through Rady Children’s. Adult inpatient services are provided through the adult cystic fibrosis clinic at UCSD.

Multidisciplinary team members include:

• Pediatric pulmonary physician cystic fibrosis specialists
• Nurse specialists
• Respiratory care practitioners
• Dieticians
• Physical therapists
• Social Workers
• Child Life Specialists
• Pharmacists and HomeCare specialists
• Genetics counselors
• Associated consultants (such as gastroenterology and otolaryngology)
