Alexa’s PLAYC Murrieta classroom
Alexa’s PLAYC (Playful Learning Academy for Young Children) is an early education program offered through Rady Children’s Hospital.
Established in 1998 in San Diego, Alexa’s PLAYC provides a warm and nurturing environment as well as exceptional expertise in early childhood development. We are excited to be able to offer the same high quality program in Murrieta, located at the Murrieta Medical Plaza.
Our unique inclusion program is designed to integrate early education for typically developing children and children with autism spectrum disorder, providing young children with enriched learning experiences in the context of a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.
Each classroom is staffed by specially trained early childhood educators and autism education associates with extensive training in autism-specific methodologies. Consultation is also provided by a behavior specialist. Meet our team.
Our curriculum focuses on teaching developmentally appropriate communication, cognitive skills and social skills, while fostering independence in our young students. Find out more about our developmental learning philosophy.
The program operates year round. Small class sizes and low child-to-teacher ratios in both our toddler and preschool classrooms ensure individual attention for all children.
