Research and Clinical Trials

The Division conducts both clinical trials and basic research to discover the causes of congenital heart defects and find the most effective treatments.

Most recently, several physician-scientists in our Division collaborated with the University of San Diego, California Bioengineering Department to investigate cardiovascular flow dynamics.
