Airway and Sleep Abnormalities

• Snoring
• Obstructive sleep disorders/apnea
• Breathing problems in newborns and young children
•  Laryngomalacia/noisy breathing

• Airway narrowing requiring endoscopic or external airway reconstruction

Congenital and Genetic Disorders

• Down syndrome
• Cleft palate and associated syndromes
• Facial congenital anomalies such as hemangiomas and lymphatic malformations

Ear Conditions

• Hearing loss (congenital and acquired)
• Recurrent and chronic ear infections
• Traumatic injuries of the external ear as well as the eardrum
• Ear congenital abnormalities (present at birth) including cup ear, lop ear, and the protruding ear 
• Treatment of congenital aural atresi
• Cholesteatoma

Facial Masses

• Pilomatrixomas
• Dermoids
• Salivary gland tumors including parotid and submandibular gland masses
• Congenital vascular anomalies/lymphatic malformations 

Nasal Conditions

• Nasal allergies and nasal airway obstruction
• Congenital nasal abnormalities 
• Acute and chronic sinusitis, complications of sinusitis involving the eye or brain
• Nasal deformity/nasal septal deviation either congenital or due to trauma

Neck Problems

• Infections
• Congenital masses (thyroglossal duct cyst, branchial cleft cyst, dermoid)
• Enlarged lymph nodes 
• Plunging ranula
• Thyroid goiter, nodules, or malignancy  

Throat Conditions

• Throat infections (pharyngitis and tonsillitis)
• Enlargement of the tonsils and adenoids 
• Palatal abnormalities

Speech Problems

• Ankyloglossia
• Palate abnormalities/velopharyngeal insufficiency
