Allison Dickinson, M.H.S., P.A.-C.
Allison is a board-certified physician assistant and works closely with Henry Chambers, M.D., specializing in both sports medicine and cerebral palsy. Allison joined the Orthopedic and Scoliosis Center of Children's Specialists of San Diego (now Rady Children's Specialists of San Diego) in 2003. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor's degree in exercise and sport science and earned her master's degree in health sciences from the University of South Alabama in 2003.
Lynn Manheim, M.S.N., C.P.N.P.
Lynn is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner and works closely with Eric Edmonds, M.D., specializing in pediatric and adolescent sports medicine. Her expertise is in fracture care. Lynn joined the Orthopedic and Scoliosis Center of Children's Specialists of San Diego (now Rady Children's Specialists of San Diego) in 2002. She graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina with a bachelor's degree in nursing. She received her master's in nursing and pediatric nurse practitioner degree from the University of San Diego.
Philip Stearns, M.S.N., C.P.N.P.
Phil is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner and works closely with Andrew Pennock, M.D., specializing in pediatric fracture care. He also has a special interest in pediatric hip and foot disorders. Phil joined the Orthopedic and Scoliosis Center of Children's Specialists of San Diego (now Rady Children's Specialists of San Diego) in August of 2000. He graduated from Iona College with a bachelor's degree in biology and received his master's degree in nursing from Yale School of Nursing in May of 2000.
Kristina Parvanta, A.T.C., O.T.C.
Kristina joined 360 Sports Medicine in July 2012. She has worked for numerous collegiate, club and high school sports teams and is able to get young athletes back to their sport in a timely manner through activity modification and specialized sports-specific training. She attended the University of Maine, Orono (2003-2007), where she received a bachelor's degree in kinesiology and physical education-athletic training. She earned her master’s degree in public administration at Villanova University in 2011. Kristina then completed a year-long residency program at Emory Orthopedic and Spine Center in Atlanta, enabling her to be an ideal physician extender in the sports medicine field.
Laura Johnson, Ph.D.
Laura Johnson, Ph.D., serves as the lead physical therapist for 360 Sports Medicine. She has more than a decade of experience working with athletes of all ages and has provided physical therapy services and sports-performance training to professional athletes from the NFL, MLB, NBA, and USA Track & Field. She has worked with elite high school athletes across the nation as they prepare for the transition to collegiate sports through individualized assessment and sport-specific training. Laura graduated with a doctor of physical therapy degree from the University of St. lugustine. She also earned her manual therapy certification and completed a manual physical therapy fellowship.
Kelly has many years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults with orthopedic, neurological and sports-related injuries. She has been a clinician at Rady Children’s Hospital-San Diego since August 2011. Kelly has developed and presented workshops for coaches, athletes and parents to educate the community on injury prevention. Kelly received a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois in 2004 and a doctorate of physical therapy from Midwestern University in January 2007.
Jessica has worked at Rady Children's for eight years, providing physical therapy to adolescent athletes. She has been a physical therapist since 1999 and has worked with semi-professional female soccer players, male ice-hockey players and professional female volleyball players to help them rehabilitate from their injuries. Jessica received her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from the University of Colorado, her master's degree in physical therapy from Northwestern University and her doctorate in physical therapy from AT Still University.
Developmental Services Aide
With experience in youth, high school and collegiate athletics, Eric brings a unique perspective to 360 Sports Medicine. He is passionate about athletics and sports performance and has participated in a number of sports clinics at the local and national level. Eric earned a bachelor's degree in kinesiology, with an emphasis in physical therapy, from Cal State University in San Marcos.
