Research Programs

Research at Rady Children's occurs in virtually all pediatric specialties, including cardiology, cancer and blood disorders, orthopedics, and diabetes, as well as within specialized research organizations on campus, including the Autism Discovery Institute, the Child and Adolescent Services Research Center and the Blair L. Sadler Center for Quality. 

The investigators come from a variety of backgrounds and include researchers from Rady Children's Specialists of San Diego, the University of California, San Diego and Children’s Primary Care Medical Group.

Through the establishment of recognized national and international research laboratories, Rady Children’s has become a clinical research leader.
