Rady Children's is owned by the community. There are no stockholders. Rady Children's boards are made up of community members who volunteer their time. Though it remains independent and not-for-profit, Rady Children's has enjoyed close relationships for many years with numerous San Diego healthcare systems, community clinics and neighborhood organizations. Working together, Rady Children's strives to ensure that San Diego's kids get the best available healthcare designed to meet their special needs.
