Will Rady Children's remain an independent, free-standing hospital?

Rady Children's is and always has been a community-based organization that is governed by citizen volunteers who are 100 percent focused on the well being of San Diego's children. It is the only hospital is San Diego County designed specifically to meet the unique healthcare needs of children. We will remain an independent, nonprofit hospital, working with many healthcare systems and clinics so that all families have the choice of Rady Children's and its affiliated doctors.
