Team Resource Groups

Building Community through Our Team Resource Groups

Our Team Resource Groups (TRGs) are committed to advancing the Rady Children’s mission of excellence in pediatric healthcare, education, research, and advocacy by fostering a culture where all Rady Children’s team members feel empowered and supported. They offer a platform and visibility, create a sense of community, and drive change toward advancing DEI throughout Rady Children’s.


ARISE (Women+)
Empower and elevate women+ by raising awareness around issues women+ face in the workplace and beyond and providing community and connections so all can inspire and thrive together. All are welcome to participate, and all voices are encouraged.

BEAM (Black/ African American)
Support the Rady Children’s mission of excellence in pediatric healthcare, education, research, and advocacy by fostering a culture of equitable recruitment, retention, development, and promotion of RCH team members who identify as Black, African American, West Indian, of African descent or Multiracial​

BRAVE (Veterans, Active-reserves and families)
To honor and support veterans and families alike by providing resources, advocacy, and community outreach programs to improve their quality of life.

CIRCLE (Asian American, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander)
To promote awareness and understanding of the unique and diverse cultures within our community and ensure that AANHPI community members are heard and elevated.

Kaleidoscope (LGBTQIA+)
Cultivate the inclusion of all LGBTQIA+ people at Rady Children’s so that they feel empowered and supported to live their authentic self.

LUCES (Latino/a/x)
To leverage the talents, experiences, and contributions of Latino/a/x team members by championing diversity and representation, driving cultural awareness, and collaborating with Rady Children’s to implement inclusive practices.
