Dr. David Golembeski is a neonatologist at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego and a professor of pediatrics at UC San Diego School of Medicine. He is medical director of Rady Children's NICU at Palomar Medical Center and of the NICU at Pomerado Hospital.

Dr. Golembeski is board certified in pediatrics and perinatal-neonatal medicine with the American Board of Pediatrics.

After graduating from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 1980, he completed his residency in pediatrics at the University of Utah in 1983, followed by a neonatal fellowship at UC San Diego in 1990.

Dr. Golembeski has received several honors, including Physician of the Year at Palomar Pomerado Health and "Top Doctor" in San Diego Magazine. Among his professional activities, he is a board member of the National Children's Study, San Diego Chapter, and co-principal investigator for the Boston University Birth Defects Monitoring Project.

When not working, Dr. Golembeski enjoys traveling with his family and playing golf.
