Dr. Jaclyn Vargas works as a physician in the Medical Behavioral Unit and as a Medicine and Pediatrics Hospitalist. She obtained her medical degree at Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California. She then completed her Internal Medicine-Pediatrics Residency program at LAC+USC where she stayed as a Pediatric Chief Resident.
She is interested in adolescent health, medical education, and hospital medicine. She is dedicated to teaching residents and medical students at bedside, as well as, at the UCSD Medical School campus
