Kristen Walters, M.D.

Bio

Dr. Kristen (Dazy) Walters is a board-certified allergist-immunologist at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego.

Dr. Walters graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science, with distinction in brain, behavior and cognitive science. She attended medical school at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha honors society. She returned to the University of Michigan to complete her residency in internal medicine before coming to San Diego for her allergy/immunology fellowship at Scripps Clinic, where she served as chief fellow.

Her clinical interests include allergic rhinitis, chronic rhinoinsustis, nasal polyposis and upper airway dysfunction (chronic cough and paroxysmal vocal cord dysfunction).

She has a golden retriever together with her husband, who is also a physician.
