Berry Smoothie
Note: This recipe is especially for kids on a gluten-free diet, who must avoid foods that contain gluten, a type of protein found in many foods.
This is an easy recipe if you’re on the go. Be creative and try different types of berries.
Prep time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- ½ cup raspberries
- ½ cup strawberries
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/3 cup skim milk
Directions:
- Put all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Divide between two glasses.
Serves: 2
