Collect at steady-state trough concetrations. Specimen should be collected >12 Hours after dose. Do not use gel barrier/serum separator tube (SST). Plasma collect in an EDTA (lavender-top) tube, sodium heparin (dark green-top) tube or lithium heparin (dark green-top) tube is acceptable.
