Call Duke Immunology (919) 684-6939 to schedule testing prior to collection. Collect Monday-Thursday 0800-1300 only, no weekends or holidays. Same day CBC w/Manual Diff results are needed for absolute values. Complete a Duke Immunology requisition with physician's signature and submit with specimen to lab.
