Draw a control specimen from a normal (healthy), unrelated, nonsmoking person at the same time as the patient. Label clearly on outermost label normal control. Immediately refrigerate specimens after collection. Do not freeze. Order in Mayolink and send with Mayo courier Monday-Friday.
