Use the link listed below to register with the GME Department at Rady Children’s Hospital-San Diego. The data submitted will be used to set up (or update existing) computer, parking and Hospital door access, as well as Rady Children’s ID Badges.
For residents & fellows: A registration is not considered complete until all supporting documentation is uploaded. No exceptions.
Once you submit your registration, a confirmation email will be sent to you with a passcode for future access, you should keep it in a safe place. You can use the passcode to access your pre-filled registration form for the upcoming academic years.
It will take up to 10 working days to set up your computer access, so forms must be received at least two weeks in advance of your arrival.
