Rady Children’s Hospital-San Diego is transitioning IRB oversight to the UC San Diego Pediatric IRB. All research studies NEW and CONTINUING must be submitted to the UC San Diego IRB for review and approval. Continuing studies must be reviewed and approved by the UC San Diego IRB prior to the RCHSD IRB expiration date. The UC San Diego IRB uses an electronic submission system, so you must register for an account, if you don’t already have one, and can upload your documents directly. Instructions for registration can be found at http://irb.ucsd.edu/register.shtml.
If your study is complete, please submit the final review form to the Rady Children’s IRB, which can be downloaded at http://www.rchsd.org/medical-professionals/office-of-human-subjects-protection/applications-and-forms.
