Dr. Ashwani Gore is a diagnostic radiologist with San Diego Imaging Medical Group, with subspecialty expertise in neuroradiology and nuclear radiology.
Dr. Gore earned his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from the University of California, San Diego, graduating summa cum laude with Provost honors and induction into the Phi Beta Kappa society. He went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine at St. George's University, graduating magna cum laude.
Following an internship at the University of Arizona College of Medicine-Phoenix, Dr. Gore completed his residency in the combined diagnostic radiology and molecular imaging track at Emory University, where he played a key role in developing the Brain Tumor Reporting and Data System (BT-RADS). He then completed his neuroradiology fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco, where he also served as a Clinical Instructor.
Dr. Gore's clinical interests include advanced neuroimaging, molecular imaging, and emergency radiology.
