Jeremy Yang is a board-certified, fellowship-trained pediatric otolaryngologist at Rady Children’s Hospital-San Diego and an associate physician at UC San Diego School of Medicine. A proud Houston native, Dr. Yang attended Harvard University for his undergraduate degree in Neurobiology and earned his medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine. He then trained at LSU Shreveport in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery for residency and then completed his fellowship in Pediatric Otolaryngology at Children’s Hospital of Colorado in Denver.
Yang’s clinical interests within pediatric otolaryngology are broad, including complex and chronic ear disease, hearing loss and rehabilitation, cholesteatoma, nasal airway obstruction, rhinosinusitis, sinonasal disorders, congenital airway anomalies, head and neck masses and tumors, and more. His academic interests include a strong emphasis on teaching both otolaryngology residents/fellows and medical students, and he devotes a lot of time to passing on knowledge to the next generation of physicians and head and neck surgeons.
Outside of work, his hobbies and interests are volleyball, music performance and appreciation, hiking, traveling, food, and linguistics.
