Dr. Jessica Haley is a board-certified pediatric cardiologist and director of the Home Monitoring Program at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego and an assistant clinical professor of pediatrics at UC San Diego School of Medicine.

She specializes in congenital and preventive pediatric cardiology.

Dr. Haley earned her bachelor's and her medical degree from the University of Arizona. She completed her pediatric residency training at the University Medical Center in Tucson, Arizona, followed by a pediatric cardiology fellowship at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital at Stanford University. She completed her advanced fellowship training in preventive cardiology at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.

Dr. Haley's clinical and research interests include preventive cardiology with special focus on dyslipidemia and hypertension, as well as cardiopulmonary exercise stress testing. She is actively involved in mentoring and teaching medical students, residents and fellows in pediatric cardiology.
