Karen Lee, MD is a pediatric hematologist/oncologist at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego.
Dr. Lee earned her medical degree from University of Texas Southwestern. She completed her pediatric residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and her pediatric hematology/oncology fellowship at UC San Diego.
Dr. Lee enjoys caring for children and adolescents with a wide variety of blood disorders and cancers. She has a particular interest in improving the supportive care for children with cancer through quality improvement initiatives and is a member of Rady Children's Quality Improvement Committee. She is also a member of the Children's Oncology Group and American Society of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology.
Dr. Lee also enjoys teaching medical students, residents and fellows.
