Dr. Shawn Singh Sidhu is an outpatient attending psychiatrist at Rady Children's Hospital San Diego and an associate professor at UC San Diego School of Medicine, where he serves as program director for the UC San Diego Medical Center Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Program.
Dr. Sidhu is a fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and a distinguished fellow of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. He has dedicated the majority of his clinical career to working with underserved and under-resourced communities in the Southwest, including Native American tribes and border immigrant communities. He is also grateful for the opportunity to have worked with medical trainees, colleagues and community members who have broadened his horizons, added new perspectives and partnered with him to serve children and families who are in need of assistance.
