Tory Twito, D.O.

Bio

I was born and raised in San Diego, my husband is in the Coast Guard. I am excited to share that I have joined CPCMG and am currently seeing patients at different sites, helping out where coverage is needed. I am ready and willing to help out with every age group in pediatrics for all concerns and well visits. I also enjoy helping patients with mental health concerns, especially anxiety, depression, ADD and ADHD.

I went to medical school in Philadelphia, completed my residency at Loma Linda in California and then started practicing in San Diego before our move to Washington.

Prior to medical school, I did complete a masters in pre-clinical psychology at San Diego State University, while working on my pre-medial school courses. This led to publications along with a publication in medical school. Before that, I graduated from the University of San Francisco, a Jesuit school devoted to the community and service, at which I was awarded the Dean's Medal of Excellence for the College of Arts.

In my free time I love to exercise, read, and shop with my mom and sister. My husband and I love to be outdoors, explore new neighborhoods and soak-up the California sun. Sports is a love of mine and something my husband and I enjoy taking part in together. I never turn down an opportunity to learn a new skill and if music is on, I am dancing!
