Dr. Yan Zhan is a board-certified pediatrician and an attending pediatric emergency medicine physician at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego and an assistant clinical professor at UC San Diego.
Dr. Zhan graduated with dual degrees in Biology and Anthropology from Washington University in St. Louis and earned her medical degree from University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. After medical school, she completed her pediatric residency at UC San Diego, followed by her pediatric emergency medicine fellowship at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin.
Dr. Zhan's professional interests are medical education for healthcare trainees and legislative advocacy.
