Processing Instructions
All serum and plasma samples must be processed and frozen down to -80 C immediately after collection. Sample type must be clearly labeled (either serum or plasma). Complete a Univ of Iowa MORL-Kidney Testing Requisition form and submit with samples frozen Monday-Thursday only, no weekends or holidays deliveries.
Included Tests
C3, C3c, C4, FB, Ba, Bb, C5, FD, Properdin levels, Soluble C5b-9 (sMAC), FI and FH levels; appropriate for following biomarker levels
