Obtain the MNG CSF Collection Tube Kits (set of 5 tubes per kit) from lab. If CSF is not collected in the 5-tube collection kit, must collect first drops of lumbar puncture in single sterile screw capped vial.

Complete the MNG Neurochemistry and Metabolic Test requisition and submit with the MNG CSF 5 Tube Collection Kit frozen Monday-Friday, OK for Saturday delivery. If CSF is not collected in the 5-tube collection kit, CSF can be collected in sterile screw capped vial. Do Not Aliquot.
