Due to stability, ship and draw specimen the same day, Monday-Wednesday only, never before a holiday. 5x5 mm formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded biopsy or 5x5 mm fresh biopsy in a sterile, leak-proof container with culture medium and antibiotics or bone marrow collected in sodium heparin (dark green-top) or sodium heparin lead-free (tan-top) tube is also acceptable.
