Send 3 mL blood collected in red-top tube for Isohemagglutinins, Titer to Blood Bank (DO NOT CENTRIFUGE). Centrifuge and separate the (2) 2mL of blood collected in red-top tubes for the Immunoglobulin Panel and Tetanus Antitoxoid. A lithium heparin light green-top tube (PST) is also acceptable for Immunoglobulin Panel ONLY.
