Collect Monday-Thursday 0800-1300 only, no weekends or holidays. Whole blood collected in a lithium heparin (green-top) tube is also acceptable.

Processing Instructions

DO NOT centrifuge. Complete a National Jewish Cytokines requisition and submit with specimen room temp Monday-Thursday only, no weekends or holidays. Specimen must arrive same day within 24 hours of collection.


Comments

Insurance authorization is required prior to draw for Outpatients. Ok to send on Inpatients.
