Specimens must be double initialed by the collecting nurse and a nurse that verifies the patient's identify against the order, specimen label and patient demographics. Specimen must not be hemolyzed.

Comments
At listing of heart transplant patient all STAT orders will be a limited 1:32 titration if orders received during weekend or after 8pm and before 6am.
