Collection Instructions

Collect Monday-Thursday between 0800-1300 only, no weekends or holidays. MUST INCLUDE CLINICAL HISTORY or most recent progress notes by ordering physician - TEST WILL NOT BE PERFORMED UNTIL PATIENT HISTORY FORM IS RECEIVED. If Fabrey enzyme, Alpha Iduronidase or Lysosomal Acid Lipase are ordered, please note to include these enzymes on the Jefferson Patient History form. NOTE: If ALPHA IDURONIDASE is ordered in addition to Leukocyte Lysosomal Enzymes, Jefferson will run test on same specimen. No extra blood needed.
