Processing Instructions

Separate serum or plasma from cells immediately by centrifuge and aliquot into a labeled polyproylene or similar plastic tube. Use a separate tube for each test ordered. Allow room for expansion of sample. Requires TSO form and completed IDPL requisition with drug dose amount, frequency, method and date/time of last does prior to draw submitted with specimen.
