Complete a Medical College of Wisconsin Clinical Immunodiagnostic and Research Lab requisition and submit with specimen room temp Monday-Wednesday only, no weekends or holidays. To ensure a complete and timely report, please provide a same day CBC/Differential result on the patient.

T-Subsets: CD3, CD4 and CD8; B-Subsets: CD19; NK-Subsets: CD16 and CD56; Other: CD11b, CD14, CD15, CD45, IFN-y and IL-17.
Comments
Insurance authorization is required prior to draw for outpatients. Ok to send on inpatients.
