Dr. Elizabeth Ingulli specializes in the care of pediatric kidney transplant patients. Currently, she is the medical director of the Kidney Transplant Program at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego and a professor of pediatrics in the Department of Pediatrics at UC San Diego.

Dr. Ingulli grew up in Brooklyn, N.Y., and earned her medical degree from SUNY-HSC, Brooklyn. She completed her pediatric residency at Boston Children's Hospital/Harvard Medical School and her fellowship at the University of Minnesota, which is internationally recognized for pioneering pediatric transplantation in infants and very small children.

Dr. Ingulli has co-authored multiple peer-reviewed articles and chapters on pediatric nephrology, transplantation and basic immunology. She has been awarded multiple teaching and education honors and is the director of the pediatric nephrology fellowship training program.

She is a member of the American Society of Transplantation, the American Society of Nephrology, American Society of Pediatric Nephrology, International Society of Pediatric Transplant Association and the American Association of Immunologists.
