IgE allergy testing for: Almond (f20), Brazil Nut (f18), Cashew Nut (f202), Hazelnut (f17), Macadamia Nut (rf345), Peanut (f13), Pecan Nut (f201), Pistachio (f203) and Walnut (f256). If Brazil Nut (f18) IgE is ≥0.10 kU/L, then Brazil Nut Component Ber e1 (f354) will be performed. If Cashew Nut (f202) IgE is ≥0.10 kU/L, then Cashew Nut Component Ana o3 (f443) will be performed. If Hazelnut (f17) IgE is ≥0.10 kU/L, then Hazelnut Component Panel will be performed. Hazelnut Component Panel includes Cor a1 (f428), Cor a8 (f425), Cor a9 (f440), and Cor a14 (f439). If Peanut (f13) IgE is ≥0.10 kU/L, then Peanut Component Panel will be performed. Peanut Component Panel includes Ara h 1 (f422), Ara h 2 (f423), Ara h 3 (f424), Ara h 6 (f447), Ara h 8 (f352), and Ara h 9 (f427). If Walnut (f256) IgE is ≥0.10 kU/L, then Walnut Component Panel will be performed at an additional charge (CPT code(s): 86008 x2). Walnut Component Panel includes rJug r1 (f441) and rJug r3 (f442).
