Dr. Emily Cidambi (pronounced "kid" ambi) is an orthopedic surgeon at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego and an assistant clinical professor of orthopedic surgery at UC San Diego School of Medicine.

In her practice, Dr. Cidambi focuses on congenital, acquired and traumatic conditions of the foot, ankle and lower extremity, with a particular interest in dance medicine. A longtime ballet dancer herself, she brings a personal and professional connection that benefits this patient group.

After completing her orthopedic surgery training at UC San Diego, Dr. Cidambi spent a year with Rady Children's Orthopedic research group during her residency. She then completed her pediatric orthopedic fellowship at Boston Children's Hospital.

Dr. Cidambi grew up in Atlanta and attended medical school at the Medical College of Georgia.
