Monica Martinez, Psy.D.

Bio

Monica Martinez, Psy.D., is a licensed psychologist and pediatric neuropsychologist. She earned her Psy.D. from the University of Houston–Clear Lake Health Service Psychology Program and completed her neuropsychology specialization through an internship at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and Kennedy Krieger Institute, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

Dr. Martinez’s clinical experience and interests focus on the evaluation and care of pediatric patients with traumatic brain injury, epilepsy, brain tumors, autoimmune disorders, and other acquired neurological and medical conditions across the rehabilitation continuum. She is also proficient in conducting Spanish/bilingual evaluations and is committed to expanding access to neuropsychological services for underserved patient communities. As a member of the Pediatric Neuropsychology Program, she provides culturally responsive, comprehensive assessments for children with complex developmental and medical needs.
