Dr. Nabil Fatayerji is a neonatologist at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego and a professor of pediatrics at UC San Diego School of Medicine.

He is board certified in pediatrics and perinatal-neonatal medicine with the American Board of Pediatrics.

Graduating from the University of Alexandria's medical school in Egypt in 1985, Dr. Fatayerji then completed his residency in pediatrics at Rush-Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center in Chicago in 1991, followed by a neonatal fellowship at Loyola University Medical Center, also located in the Chicago area.

Dr. Fatayerji has received several honors, including Physician of the Year at Palomar Pomerado Health.

When not working, Dr. Fatayerji enjoys traveling with his family, playing tennis and entertaining guests.
