Bio

Dr. Nicholas Gloude is director of the Bone Marrow Failure Program at Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego and an assistant clinical professor of pediatrics at UC San Diego School of Medicine. He is board certified in general pediatrics and pediatric hematology/oncology.

After attending medical school at Rush University in Chicago, he completed his pediatric residency at Children's Hospital of Orange County, followed by a fellowship in pediatric hematology/oncology at UC San Diego. He received additional training in pediatric bone marrow transplantation at Cincinnati Children's Hospital.

Dr. Gloude's clinical and research interests are focused on pediatric acquired and inherited bone marrow failure syndromes, leukemia and bone marrow transplantation. He is a member of the Children's Oncology Group, American Society of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology and American Society of Blood and Marrow Transplantation.

When not working, Dr. Gloude enjoys spending time with his wife and taking his puppy to the beach.
