Processing Instructions

Separate plasma within 8 hours of collection. Aliquot all available plasma into three, separate, 0.5 mL aliquots. Three 0.5 mL plasma aliquots is preferred. One 0.5 mL plasma aliquot is acceptable. Freeze immediately. Complete Cincinnati Diagnostic Immunology requisition and submit with specimen frozen Monday-Thursday only, no weekends or holidays.
