Processing Instructions

Separate plasma from cells within 24 hours of collection. Use a sterile pipette. Complete a UCSD Micro/Virology requisition form and submit with specimen daily. We will utilize standard TForce courier pick up time Monday-Friday and call then after or on weekends to pick up. Expect higher specimen volumes on Tuesdays and Fridays.
