ARUP does not have a test code for this test. Complete an ARUP requisition, including MD NPI. Write sample type on vial & requisition (serum or plasma) and type of anticoagulant (none or Lithium Hep). Submit with sample Frozen. Send sample with Apollo Courier daily pick-up at 1300 (1PM).
