Processing Instructions

Complete a Cincinnati Children's Molecular and Genomics Pathology requisition and submit with specimen refrigerated. Ship Monday-Thursday only, no weekends or holidays. Specimens must arrive at Cincinnati Children's within 24 Hours of collection.


Comments

Insurance authorization is required prior to draw for Outpatients. Ok to send on Inpatients. **If sample arrives past 24 hours of collection, only qualitative results will be reported**
