Collection Instructions
6 unstained glass, "positiviely charge" slides with formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue are also acceptable. A pathology/diagnostic report and a brief history are required. Laryngeal brushing in ThinPrep media is no longer acceptable.

Processing Instructions
A pathology/diagnostic report and a brief history are required. Histology will complete an Oncology Test Request Form and must be submit with specimen at room temp. An electronic order does not need to be placed. Send directly to Mayo.
Comments
