Send Monday-Friday only, no weekends or holidays. All specimens for this test need to be packaged and submitted to Quest in a Hematopathology Specimen Transport Box. Place a special handling (pink) or urgent sticker (neon green) on packing list and Hematopathology Specimen Transport Box and write ATTN: Immunology on packing list only. Call Quest Client Services (855) 600-0862 to notify lab. Provide the lab ID number for reference.
