Insert swab into posterior nasopharynx and rotate; repeat with other nostril. Place swab into separate Viral Transport Media (VTM). Must collect NP swabs only.

Influenza A/B, RSV, and SARS-CoV-2. Reflex testing includes Adenovirus, Coronavirus (229E, HKU1, NL63, OC 43. Does not differentiate), SARS-CoV-2, Human Metapneumovirus, Human Rhinovirus/Enterovirus, Influenza A (and subtypes H1, H1-2009, H3), Influenza B, Parainfluenza (Differentiates 1, 2, 3, and 4) RSV A, RSV B, Chlamydia pneumoniae, and Mycoplasma pneumoniae.
