Processing Instructions

Order in Mayolink and send with Mayo courier Monday-Friday. Send completed Mayo Metabolic Hematology Patient Info form with specimen. Specimen must arrive within 3 days (72 hours) of collection.

Methemoglobin B, Methemoglobin Reductase B, Sulfhemoglogin B, Hemoglobin A2, Hemoglobin A and Hemoglobin F.


Comments

Insurance authorization is required prior to draw for Outpatients. Ok to send on Inpatients.
